Description of Services/Programs:
Direct health care provided at four clinic sites located in Oceanside and Vista .

35 Health Promotion Programs including:  Substance abuse prevention, HIV prevention, age appropriate reproductive health, pregnancy prevention, breast cancer education, medical interpretation and cultural competency, child safety seats and bicycle helmets, dental health, tobacco prevention, safe routes to school, triage and case management services.
