Description of Services/Programs:
North County Lifeline provides social services through various programs to residents of North County. We have offices in both Vista and Oceanside. The Family Development Program, a program that provides case management through a partnership that focuses on the strengths of the family/individual to strengthen their path toward self-sufficiency. Assistance with problem solving, personalized goal setting, advocacy, career/employment development, emotional support, and other services are provided.
